The Canadian Academy of Floral Art
Examination Procedure For Membership
The Canadian Academy of Floral Art recognizes floral design as an art form and honours those
with the ability to take their skill and creativity a level beyond that of the everyday and
transform the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Membership is obtained through a series of photographs and an on-site testing of artistic
abilities. A screening committee chosen by the Academy reviews each applicant. A decision
will be made to determine if your design capabilities are at a level to allow you to
participate in the examination.
The decision of the screening committee will be final and no discussion will be entered
into between the candidate and any member of the screening committee or the administration.
